Job Title: Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software are functioning properly. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates and backups.
- Educate clients on how to use computer systems effectively.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Maintain records of technical support interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals effectively.

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (preferably for Indian nationals)
