Online Consultant for International Students in Utena


We are hiring an Online Consultant to provide support and guidance to international students in Utena. As an Online Consultant, you will serve as a liaison between the students and the university, providing assistance with admissions, enrollment, visa processes, and other inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries from international students
- Provide accurate information about admissions requirements, enrollment procedures, and visa processes
- Assist students with completing application forms and required documents
- Communicate with university departments on behalf of the students to ensure smooth processing of applications and enrollment
- Offer guidance on available scholarships and financial aid options
- Keep track of student records and update databases accordingly
- Attend virtual meetings with prospective students to answer their questions and address concerns
- Collaborate with other consultants to improve services for international students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Fluent in English (additional language skills preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of international education systems
- Familiarity with admissions processes, visa regulations, and financial aid options for international students
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus

Salary:
This is a part-time position offering a salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Utena but can be performed remotely.

This position is open to all nationalities. However, proficiency in English is required. No previous experience is necessary as training will be provided.
