Architecture Manager for Utena City, Lithuania

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena City. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, including planning, designing, and construction. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire architectural project lifecycle from concept to completion
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and translate them into design plans
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure that construction meets design specifications
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for each project
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and control costs effectively
- Mentor junior architects on the team and provide guidance on design concepts and technical aspects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, building codes, and construction techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
