Restaurant Manager for Indian Cuisine in Atlanta


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our authentic Indian restaurant in Atlanta. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service is provided to our guests while also maintaining efficient and profitable operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, training, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient dining experience for guests
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with our high standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage staff schedules and ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Monitor expenses and control costs to meet budgetary goals
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, cooking techniques, and culture
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets through effective cost management strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1300 per month. We also offer benefits such as accommodation for non-local candidates.

Location:
This position is located in Atlanta but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
