Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure efficient execution of the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Make necessary adjustments to plans based on client feedback or changing project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1100 per month

This position is suitable for individuals of any nationality. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
