Online Consultant

We are hiring a dynamic and self-motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Mauren. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through online channels including email, chat, and social media
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or consulting role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in using various online platforms for communication (email, chat, social media)
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus (especially African or Filipino languages)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

Salary: $1500 monthly.

Location: Mauren (remote work possible).
