Job Title: Back-End Developer for Biometric Passport System in Balzers


We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team in Balzers, working on the development and maintenance of our biometric passport system. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing server-side applications and databases to support the front-end user interface. You will also work closely with our team of Front-End Developers, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and databases for our biometric passport system.
- Collaborate with Front-End Developers to ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the back-end system, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Optimize database queries and improve overall system efficiency.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in back-end development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong experience with database design and development (e.g. MySQL or MongoDB).
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
