Facade Technician in Balzers, Liechtenstein

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Technician to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining the exterior building facades, including windows, doors, cladding, and other architectural elements. This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1100 per month.

Requirements:
- Must be Egyptian nationals (or foreigners with valid work permits) living in or willing to relocate to Balzers.
- No English language proficiency is required for this job.
- Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance is not necessary.
- Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
- Must have a biometric passport to enter and work legally in Liechtenstein.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to architectural plans and specifications.
- Repair and maintain existing facades, including replacing damaged or broken elements.
- Perform routine inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
- Work with various materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete to create aesthetically pleasing facades.
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on elevated platforms or scaffolding.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
- Technical training or certification in facade installation or related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights using appropriate safety gear.
