Hotel Sales Manager - Salalah

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and generate business for our hotel in Salalah. You will work closely with the hotel management team to identify potential clients and create tailored sales proposals to meet their specific needs. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue through effective sales techniques, networking, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Create customized sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular site visits with potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team

Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a related field (hospitality, tourism)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain them over time
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Salalah. The salary for this role is $1400 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for expatriate candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those looking for a new challenge in the hospitality industry.
