Hotel Sales Manager in Salalah, Oman
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share. Your main goal will be to attract and retain customers through excellent customer service and effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients to increase customer loyalty
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends, competitors, and industry best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required
