Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is fluent in English and has a passion for sales and hospitality. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Organize and attend sales events, trade shows, and other industry networking events
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales activities, budget, and market trends
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

This position is based in Salalah, Oman.
