Contract Restaurant Manager in Multan


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Multan. As a Contract Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, financial management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent service to customers.
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet budget goals.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is also preferred).

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position based in Multan. The selected candidate will be required to work flexible hours including weekends. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
