Hotel Sales Manager



As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Gujrat. Your primary goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the hotel management team to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed the hotel's revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.
- Conduct regular site inspections for potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a strong drive for results.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Location:
This role is based in Gujrat, India. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are eligible to work in India.
