As a Hotel Sales Manager in our luxury hotel in Gujrat, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of the hotel's sales team. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial position. You should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. A strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends is also essential.

As our ideal candidate, you should be highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work well under pressure. You must also possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage and motivate a team.
