As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in producing high-quality products that meet the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings for various baked goods
- Bake goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate and present finished products
- Monitor oven temperatures and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production of all baked goods
- Continuously strive to improve recipes and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of traditional baking methods and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Creativity and passion for creating delicious baked goods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation:
Salary: $1100 per month (tax-free)
