Job Title: Senior Florist


We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Florist to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Senior Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, and other events. You will also be responsible for managing a team of florists and providing guidance and training to junior staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements using various types of flowers, plants, and accessories
- Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and providing suggestions for suitable arrangements
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies when necessary
- Training junior florists on design techniques and customer service skills
- Ensuring that all orders are completed on time and meet the quality standards of the company
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues from clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a florist in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong design skills with the ability to create unique and eye-catching arrangements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing a team is preferred
- A creative mind with attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This position is based in Al-Malikiyah.
