Warehouse Manager

A reputable warehouse in Riyadh is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing a warehouse team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Train, supervise, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Communicate regularly with other departments to coordinate work flow and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
- Proven ability to develop efficient processes to improve productivity
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1600$ per month (based on experience)
