Our company is a leading logistics and supply chain management firm based in Riyadh. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Develop and implement efficient processes for inventory control, order fulfillment, and stock management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Continuously look for ways to optimize warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management within the logistics industry
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven experience in developing efficient processes to improve warehouse operations
- Proficient in using warehouse management software systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehousing
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
