Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and handling payment transactions. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from customers
- Serve meals and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service
- Handle payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to customers
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Good math skills for handling payments
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
