Administrator for Indian Candidates in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
We are searching for a competent Administrator to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This position is specifically open to Indian candidates who are proficient in English and are seeking job opportunities in a foreign country.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for management
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients as necessary
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Indian nationality (preferred but not required)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. We will provide free visa sponsorship and a ticket for relocation to Plovdiv for the selected candidate.
