Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Ufa. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and responding promptly to any requests or concerns
- Handle payments and process orders through the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Upsell additional items when appropriate

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1800 per month
