IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of IT professionals.

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, ensuring that all systems and processes are running efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for managing the IT budget, making strategic decisions about technology investments, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's technology strategy
- Manage the IT budget and make strategic decisions about technology investments
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all systems and processes are running efficiently and effectively
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to make informed decisions about technology solutions
- Oversee the implementation of new systems or upgrades to existing systems
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Ensure data security measures are in place to protect company information
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with cloud computing solutions is preferred
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
