Online Content Moderator


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Content Moderator to join our team in Ashdod. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content on our online platform, ensuring it meets our community guidelines and standards. This is a full-time job open to both Filipino nationals and foreigners with no English language requirement. We welcome all applicants with valid visas to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platform and ensure it complies with our community guidelines
- Take prompt action on any violations or inappropriate content, such as removing it or escalating it to the appropriate team member
- Respond to user inquiries and reports regarding content moderation in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the effectiveness of our content moderation processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong understanding of internet culture and social media platforms
- Familiarity with A/B testing, data analysis, and tools for tracking performance metrics is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
