Multilingual Event Moderator


We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Multilingual Event Moderator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of events, conferences, and meetings by facilitating discussions, managing Q&A sessions, and moderating panel discussions. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and facilitate discussions during events
- Manage Q&A sessions and ensure questions are answered in a timely manner
- Moderate panel discussions and ensure all speakers have equal opportunities to participate
- Ensure the event runs according to schedule and handle any unexpected issues that may arise
- Coordinate with event organizers and speakers to ensure all necessary materials are prepared for the event
- Act as a liaison between event participants and organizers
- Provide excellent customer service to all attendees

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Hindi or Tamil preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Previous experience in event moderation or public speaking is preferred but not required
- Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations
