Restaurant Manager
Our busy restaurant in Remish is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial reports
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
