Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all architectural projects, including creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Work with architects and other team members to develop designs and plans that meet client needs and comply with building codes
- Review and approve project designs, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
- Oversee construction progress to ensure it aligns with project plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Monitor project budgets and adjust as needed to stay within budget constraints
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with architectural design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month.
