Indian Construction Manager in Mombasa


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely project completion
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare progress reports and present them to management

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Mombasa, Kenya. However, candidates with Indian nationality are preferred.
