Handyman for Maintenance and Repair Services in Mombasa, Kenya

We are a reputable company in Mombasa, Kenya seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks for our clients' properties. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman duties such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with household appliances
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to clients' requests for repairs or services
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-Kenyan candidates
- Experience working in property maintenance or construction industry
- Ability to speak Filipino would be an advantage
