Handyman Supervisor

As a Handyman Supervisor, you will oversee a team of handymen and ensure that they provide high-quality maintenance and repair services to our clients in Mombasa. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, training new employees, and monitoring the team's performance. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are fluent in English and have previous experience in a similar role. This position is open to both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of handymen
- Assign tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment needed for different tasks
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during maintenance or repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the handyman industry
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of various handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
