Administrator - Mombasa, Kenya

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our fast-paced office in Mombasa. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth business operations by handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing invoices and payments, and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for managing incoming calls and correspondence from clients and partners, as well as assisting with any other duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Indian nationals are preferred, but all candidates with English proficiency are welcome to apply. Visa sponsorship may be provided for eligible candidates. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in administration. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this role.
