Indian Administrator in Mombasa, Kenya
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Administrator to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company's operations in Mombasa. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, and includes accommodation.
As an Indian Administrator, you must have previous experience in an administrative role and be familiar with office management procedures. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Your duties will include managing the office budget, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and events, and handling correspondence. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a high level of organization. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with biometric passports and be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
