English Teacher


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment, and providing students with the necessary skills to improve their English proficiency. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have experience teaching in a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment
- Use various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and educational developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license (TESOL/TEFL preferred)
- Fluent in English (Pakistani nationality preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Knowledge of multicultural teaching techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
