Office Assistant - Part Time (Mauren, Egypt)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Mauren, Egypt on a part-time basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
Requirements:
