Concrete Worker
As a Concrete Worker in Triesen, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the construction and maintenance of concrete structures. Your main duties will include pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces, as well as operating machinery and tools to assist with the process. You will also be responsible for following safety protocols and completing tasks in a timely manner.
To excel in this role, you should have a high level of physical fitness as the job requires lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Prior experience in construction or concrete work is not required but is preferred. This position is suitable for men who are detail-oriented and possess good hand-eye coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up forms or scaffolding
- Mix, pour, and level concrete using various tools such as shovels, trowels, and screeds
- Smooth surfaces using hand or power tools
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper drying
- Operate machinery such as cement mixers or power saws
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Assist with cleaning up worksite after project completion
Requirements:
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn on-the-job if no prior experience
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
- Valid driver's license preferred
Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
Location:
This job is located in Triesen but may require travel to other locations within the country.
