Executive Chef

We are in search of an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in El-Ain. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and creativity, as well as strong leadership skills to manage the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menu items that showcase the restaurant's unique style and appeal to customers
- Oversee and lead the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to create budget plans and control costs
- Continuously evaluate and improve kitchen operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
