We are currently seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, and use your expertise to bring their vision to life.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan outdoor spaces based on client preferences and budget constraints.
- Plant and maintain various types of flowers, plants, trees, and shrubs.
- Monitor plant health and make adjustments as needed.
- Install irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules.
- Prune, trim, and shape plants to maintain desired aesthetics.
- Remove weeds and other unwanted vegetation.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs commonly used in outdoor spaces.
- Ability to design and plan outdoor spaces based on client preferences and budget constraints.
- Strong understanding of irrigation systems and watering schedules.
- Skilled in pruning, trimming, shaping plants for desired aesthetics.
- Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments commonly used in gardening.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients.
- Physically fit for performing manual labor in various weather conditions.

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (accommodation may be provided for non-local candidates)
