Executive Chef - International Cuisine


As an Executive Chef specializing in international cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant located in Lusail. Your main responsibilities will include creating and executing menus inspired by global flavors, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to our guests. This role requires a creative and experienced chef with a passion for international cuisine and a strong understanding of culinary techniques from various regions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop unique and globally-inspired menus that reflect our restaurant's concept
- Source high-quality ingredients from local and international suppliers
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers
- Ensure food safety standards are met and maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs
- Oversee the preparation of all dishes to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, flavors, ingredients, and cooking methods
- Ability to create unique menus that cater to different dietary requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month
