Construction Project Manager (Malayalee)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Malayalee, you will have a strong understanding of the culture and work ethics in the region. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. Your main duties will include managing budgets, schedules, and resources, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering or construction management, at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position without accommodation provided, so candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Saudi Arabia.
