Formworker - Construction Worker



We are a well-established construction company based in Wiltz, seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating formwork for concrete structures based on blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine formwork requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, such as plywood, using measuring tools and marking devices
- Cut materials to specified sizes using hand or power tools
- Assemble and secure formwork using various materials such as nails, screws, bolts, and clamps
- Install reinforcing steel or mesh in forms according to specifications
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth with trowel or screed to ensure even distribution
- Remove forms after concrete has cured and clean them for future use
- Repair any damaged forms as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in carpentry or related field preferred
- Previous experience working as a Formworker or in the construction industry is an asset but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. This job is suitable for men who are reliable, hardworking, and have a strong work ethic.
