Milling Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our growing team in Pula. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform multiple machining operations such as cutting, drilling, shaping, and finishing
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine setup and dimensions
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating milling machines is required
- Must have a strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability for full-time work with flexible hours

Preferences:
- Canadian or Kenyan nationality preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
- No English language skills required.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.
