We are hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and protective coatings to industrial structures and equipment, such as bridges, pipelines, and storage tanks. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and applying paint products, and ensuring proper coverage and finish.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in industrial settings
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or applying primer as needed
- Mix paints according to instructions or formulas provided by the client or project manager
- Apply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure proper coverage and finish by inspecting work after completion
- Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with project managers or clients to discuss project details or any issues that may arise
