Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work under the supervision of a senior architect to assist in the design and planning of commercial buildings. This is an entry-level position suitable for someone without prior experience, but with a strong passion for architecture and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the senior architect on commercial building projects
- Assist in creating design concepts and plans for new buildings or renovations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques for commercial building construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Creative thinking skills and ability to come up with innovative design solutions
- Basic knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines

Salary:
1500$ per month
