Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial complexes. Your duties will include meeting with clients to understand their needs and budget, creating detailed plans and blueprints, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for commercial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed during the construction process
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it aligns with the approved plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Jerusalem
