We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team in Ashdod, Israel on a contract basis. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our applications, as well as integrating front-end elements into the application.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient and scalable server-side code for web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in back-end development
- Strong proficiency in at least one back-end programming language such as Java, Python or Node.js
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Knowledge of web servers such as Apache or Nginx
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
