Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Herzliya. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate, practical, and meet all necessary regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for project planning
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet all necessary regulations and standards
- Assist in preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Herzliya
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
