Machine Learning Engineer

We are hiring a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to help improve our company's products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements, and use your expertise in data analysis and programming to create effective solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning development
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data processing tools like SQL, Spark, or Hadoop
- Familiarity with statistical methods and data visualization techniques
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements
- Conducting data analysis to identify patterns and trends that can inform model development
- Selecting appropriate datasets for training models and evaluating their performance
- Optimizing model parameters for accuracy and efficiency
- Developing tools for data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, etc.
- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with advancements in the field of machine learning

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux (this position is open to both Indian nationals as well as foreigners)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)

Note: English proficiency is not a strict requirement for this position. However, candidates must possess a biometric passport for visa purposes.
