As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance. This position requires extensive knowledge of architectural history, restoration techniques, and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans to ensure the structural integrity of historical sites
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to implement preservation plans
- Monitor ongoing restoration projects and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of all preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural history and restoration techniques
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
