Urgent Construction Manager

We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Albena. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to on-site supervision and quality control. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry in Albena or similar location. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary starting at $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with plans and regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site
- Review and approve contractor invoices for payment
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluency in English preferred but not required
