Caregiver for Indian Elderly in Bansko, Bulgaria



We are searching for a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our elderly Indian clients in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Your role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation
- Monitor client's physical and mental health status and report any changes to the supervisor
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks including laundry and tidying up living areas
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role
- Knowledge of elderly care principles and techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (no language requirement for Indian clients)
- Compassionate nature with a strong sense of empathy
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from supervisors
- Must have accommodation in or near Bansko (provided by employer)
- Must have valid work visa (employer will cover fees)
