Solar Installation Technician

Our solar energy company is seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installation Technician to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Solar Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, with additional benefits such as accommodation, free visa and ticket, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to design specifications and local codes
- Conduct site inspections to assess placement of panels and determine necessary equipment
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems, including inverters and batteries
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panel systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, techniques, and advancements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation or similar field
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina with ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Russian preferred
